Good morning everyone and thank you for joining us on our second quarter 2020 earnings call. Joining me today are Mike Burwell, our Chief Financial Officer, and Rich Keefe, our Head of Investor Relations. In the second quarter, we continue to navigate through an uncertain and unprecedented economic downturn.
