Who we are

Earnings Labs is operated by Upper Division Marketing. This policy describes how we handle visitor information when you use earningslabs.com. For privacy questions, write to privacy@earningslabs.com.

Information we collect

Information you provide

None today. Earnings Labs has no user accounts, comment system, or forms. There is no way to provide personal information to us through the site itself. If you choose to email us at the address above, we will receive whatever you choose to put in that email.

Automatic information

When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard server-log information: IP address, user-agent string, requested URL, referrer, and timestamps. We use these logs to operate the site, investigate errors, and prevent abusive traffic patterns. They are retained according to Vercel's default retention schedule.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, loaded via a Google Tag Manager container, to measure aggregate traffic and understand which pages visitors find useful. We have configured Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled. We have not enabled Google Signals, demographics reporting, or interest-category reporting. Sessions are not tied to any identity, and we do not combine analytics data with any other source.

Cookies and similar technologies

A small number of cookies are set by Google Analytics to distinguish unique visitors and group requests into sessions. We do not set any advertising cookies. The cookies typically present on the site:

How we use information

We use the limited information we collect only to:

• Operate, maintain, and secure the site
• Measure aggregate traffic and content performance
• Diagnose errors and investigate suspected abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not:

• Sell, rent, or share personal information with data brokers
• Build advertising profiles or deliver targeted advertising
• Combine site analytics with data from other websites
• Use your information for purposes you would not reasonably expect

Your choices

You can opt out of analytics by enabling your browser's “Do Not Track” signal, installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on linked above, or clearing/blocking cookies through your browser settings. We honor Do Not Track signals received from supported browsers by suppressing the analytics beacon for that session.

Our lawful basis for processing the limited information described above is our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving the site. You have the right to:

• Access information we hold about you
• Have inaccurate information corrected
• Have information erased (right to be forgotten)
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Receive your information in a portable format
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@earningslabs.com. Because we don't collect identifying information, we may need additional context (such as the approximate date and IP range) to locate any records.

If you are a California resident (CCPA / CPRA)

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act. You have the right to know what personal information (if any) we have collected about you, the right to delete it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Children's privacy

Earnings Labs is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention

Google Analytics retains user-level data for 14 months by default before automatic deletion. Vercel retains hosting logs according to its standard retention schedule. We do not retain any other personal information because we do not collect any.

Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information we process. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information you transmit over the internet. The site does not process payments and does not handle sensitive financial credentials.

International transfers

Visitor data is processed in the United States by us and our service providers. By using the site you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted with a notice on this page for at least 30 days following the change.
