Good morning, everybody and welcome to our call today. Joining me today are Mark Ketchum our President and Chief Executive Officer and our Chief Financial Officer Pat Robinson. As usual, Mark will begin the call by discussion the highlights and progress made during the quarter. Pat will follow with details on our financial performance and the outlook for the fourth quarter and full year 2008 and then we’ll turn to your questions. So with that, I’ll turn it over to you, Mark.
