Thanks, Alex. So I mean in terms of RevPAR and mix impact, we've always provided all the data per brand, per region. So I think that's actually relatively straightforward to just model through. And yes, you do see the fact that they -- when you open up a new Express in China, which obviously we open an awful lot of them, then they do have a lower RevPAR certainly at the moment, although they are growing at a fast click, and we're opening up many, many of them. So I think that just goes through on a fairly linear basis. In terms of churn in the system, I'll just sort of go back to my earlier comments around the removals rate, which we think, if you look on the underlying basis over the last sort of 5 years, and you exclude Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza, it's been around the 1.5%. And obviously, we had our brand standards in place then and our brand standards will come back in place. I don't think that we will see any increase beyond that sort of 1.5% structural level once we dealt with Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza. And in terms of permanent business travel and -- well, I mean, Keith, I think, has explained well why we think that there won't be a reduction there. I think perhaps, when you think about what your airline analysts have been talking about, he may have been looking globally. A lot of our business travel is actually domestic, remember. So it might be better to look at short-haul routes. Certainly, when I look at the orders that have come from some of the U.S. airlines, they are significantly increasing their fleet to take the additional demand that's coming in. So also, I'm not sure that we have seen a -- that deflationary impact. Certainly, I think we're seeing inflation in most parts of the economy, and you tend to see a correlation between that and CPI and rates and RevPAR. So I actually think we'll see that continue to come through. So look, it's -- crystal-ball gazing as to what might happen 4 or 5 years ago -- 4 or 5 years in the future is pretty hard, so no certainties there, Alex.
