Please go ahead sir.Joe Cormier Thank you, and welcome to ManTech International Corporation’s third quarter 2008 conference call, and we thank you again for joining us today. I am Joe Cormier, Vice President of Corporate Development and leading today this call for ManTech is George Pedersen, our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer; Bob Coleman, our President and Chief Operating Officer; and Kevin Phillips, our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.In our prepared remarks, George will discuss our strategic positioning and outlook for ManTech.
