Joseph Cormier Thank you and welcome to ManTech International Corporation’s first quarter 2008 earnings conference call. Again, we thank you for joining us today. I am Joe Cormier, Vice President of Corporate Development. Leading today’s call from ManTech is George Pedersen, our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer; Bob Coleman, President and Chief Operating Officer; and Kevin Phillips, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In our prepared remarks George will discuss our strategic positioning and outlook for ManTech. Bob will touch on our operational highlights and Kevin will review our first quarter financial performance and guidance for the second quarter and full-year 2008.
