Before I turn the call over to Mike, I will provide a brief recap on our results. The company reported third quarter GAAP net income attributable to common stockholders of $1 million or $0.01 per share, distributable earnings of $3.3 million or $0.03 per share, and adjusted distributable earnings of $21.2 million or $0.16 per share. Current liquidity stands at $280 million, of which $87 million is unrestricted cash. The company also reported GAAP net book value of $7.53 per share and undepreciated book value of $8.68 per share as of September 30, 2025.
