(Operator Instructions) Earlier today Exterran Holdings and Exterran Partners released their financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2008. During this call the companies will discuss some non-GAAP measures in reviewing their performances such as EBITDA as adjusted, EBITDA as further adjusted, gross margin, gross margin as adjusted and distributable cash flow. You will find a reconciliation of these measures to GAAP measures in the summary pages of their earnings release. During today’s call Exterran Holdings will be referred to as Exterran and Exterran Partners as either Exterran Partners or EXLP. Because EXLP’s financial results and positions are consolidated into Exterran the discussion of Exterran will include EXLP unless otherwise noted.
